    Author Portrait h3> Hans Ludwig Grabowski was born in Weißensee / Thuringia in 1961 and has been dealing with historical money since his childhood. Until 1998 he lived in Thuringia and worked among others. In the material planning of a large company in Suhl and in the management of a company for special vehicle construction. He recently developed digital collector catalogs in his own software company MediaSoft. He has been living in Bavaria since 1998 and works for H. Gietl Verlag as publishing assistant, specialist author and editor (since 1999 editor of "Der Geldscheinsammler"). He is known as an author of numerous specialist articles, from catalogs with collections administrations to the German banknotes and coins from 1871 on CD-ROM as well as from catalogs to the paper money of the German countries, to the German serial copies and to the German emergency money as well as as an editor of the Rosenberg catalog, the Standard work on German state paper money from the founding of the empire from 1871 to today. He is editor of the magazine Münzen & Papiergeld and was honored in 2004 with the internationally significant Vreneli Prize of the World Money Fair in Basel for exceptional numismatic achievements in the field of journalism and journalism.
