general trading conditions
1. The customer accepts all terms and conditions listed below.
2. Our offers are not binding. Prices may change without prior notice. Delivery while supplies last. We are not responsible and/or liable for any errors in price lists, as well as for any component of the entire web site. All prices are in Euro and include the legal VAT.
3. Orders must be pre-paid. We also deliver outside Germany. Regular customers receive an invoice with their order and it must be paid upon receipt.
4. The delivered products remain our property up to complete payment of the purchase price.

6. Delivery/Shipping within Germany is free for all orders of Euro 50.- or more.
7. If you don't pay by credit card please, do NOT send funds and do not pay upfront - we will send a proforma invoice. After receiving your payment the order will be shipped.
8. A flat shipping charge of Euro 4,90 will be added to any orders of less than Euro 50.- for delivery within Germany.
9. An additional fee will be charged for all orders into the europian union.
10. Forwarding expenses for supplies depending upon expenditure outside the europian union.
11. Shipping and handling charges outside of the Federal Republic of Germany have to be determined.
12. Cost and risk of the product shipment is fully borne by the ordering customer.
13. Place of fulfilment and area of jurisdiction is Leipzig, Federal Republic of Germany. All transactions are exclusively under German law.
14. Defectives only can be returned. Please, contact us before returning goods. We can only replace items that are factory defectives. We can not accept return goods; exchanges are not possible except when prior written agreements have been made.
15. Your data is absolutely confidential. They are not provided to others/third parties.
